PLEASE NOTE: Please allow an extra half an hour either side of your session time to allow us to setup for your games and to pack up afterwards. Please take this into account if booking a venue.
DEPOSITS and CANCELLATION
DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE FOR CANCELLATION, HOWEVER, A DEPOSIT IS TRANSFERRABLE IF A REQUEST IS MADE FOR A DATE CHANGE WITH AT LEAST 7 DAYS NOTICE.
FOR OUTDOOR BOOKINGS, SHOULD THE BOOKING BE CANCELLED DUE TO THE WEATHER, THE DEPOSIT IS TRANSFERRABLE TO A RESCHEDULED DATE (SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY).
