CENTRE POLICY FOR CASUAL COURT HIRE BOOKINGS AND CANCELLATIONS

BOOKINGS
When making a casual booking for court hire at the centre, payment is to be made in FULL.
Payment can be made in either of the following ways:

1. Payment can be made by DIRECT DEPOSIT into our account accompanied by a remittance notice when deposited.
2. Come into the centre and pay at reception.

** BOOKINGS WILL BE ACCEPTED ON A FIRST PAYMENT RECEIVED BASIS **

DEPOSITS and CANCELLATION
DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE FOR CANCELLATION, HOWEVER, A DEPOSIT IS TRANSFERRABLE IF A REQUEST IS MADE FOR A DATE CHANGE WITH AT LEAST 7 DAYS NOTICE.
FOR OUTDOOR BOOKINGS, SHOULD THE BOOKING BE CANCELLED DUE TO THE WEATHER, THE DEPOSIT IS TRANSFERRABLE TO A RESCHEDULED DATE (SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY).
